Hindu mythology also explains human through different stories that he should connect self with his unconscious mind. Well there are three types of ego present in human mind. Super ego, just ego and identity ego. These three types of ego can be correlated with three different gods. Super ego with lord shiva; who is full of anger and hence he is located at himalaya mountains to calm down his ego while just ego can be correlated with lord brahma and identity ego which is below ice berg can be correlated with lord vishnu as he is always calm, cool, knowledgable, experienced, above all gods. If a human pays attention to these thoughts, he can come to know that amongst such billions of thoughts, most of them are useless, unimportant. Words he repeats in his mind, comments the mind makes, repeating what he has heard, said, questions, answers and a lot of senseless wandering thoughts which a person is not going to use or apply when same person or subject or situation comes in front of him (such thoughts may run backside of mind while reacting or feeling or dealing with same person or subject or situation), ego thoughts, daydreaming thoughts (at some extent), to remain in past event thoughts and suggestion thoughts; such thoughts are not required to be stored though they are stored with thinking of being used in future. focus on small parameters in life

we always want everything big in life. life should be big, house should be big, car should be big, mobile should be big (costly) etc etc. and we always talk about big things, parameters, issues, discussions in life. but we forget that nothing is done or created directly in big size. either home or car or mobile; everything was previously in small shape, size, look and amount; with time, many changes, moulding, and shaping done; after that mobile, house, car etc became big in their respective manufacturing companies. same way, directly human cant get everything big in life directly. he has to pass through small parameters, issues, discussion, things, people etc in life then only he can reach to top level. an ant directly cant reach to top of a tree with food; an ant has to think parameters of taking help of other ants, weight of food, distance to travel etc etc same way human also think small parameters in life to take any kind of decision in life at any level without ignoring thoug...
